Our name "Agenda" makes reference to our working style vocation and to our understanding of Management. "21500" refers to our approach to implementing the Project Management Standards established by the ISO 21500:2012, based on the principles of the Project Management Institute (PMI®).

These two concepts are the basic pilars of our company culture, our working style and our value proposal.

Methodology

 
Based on worldwide established procedures, we apply a set of Project Management tools which allows us to provide updated information by means of the following process:

Allocation of resources according to the project status and circumstances

Analysis of the context and identification of all factors and stakeholders involved in and/or being affected by the Project.

Deep Contract and Subcontracts analysis as well as all related technical, contractual, and legal documents to have the best arguments to face claims and disputes, should they arise.

Early pproject planning in terms of time and cost, as well as their follow-up and frequent updat and monitoring by generating baselines and critical paths.

Pay special attention to projects' early stages and engineering phase, as well as their relation to the procurement; in particular, to long lead items.
